Important Notice
All medical services are subject to professional medical standards and applicable laws in Botswana. Training certifications are issued based on successful completion of course requirements.
User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding the password that you use to access our services
- Any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our services or a third-party service
- Notifying us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring that you exit from your account at the end of each session when using a shared device
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use another person's account without permission
- Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Medical Services Terms
A. Professional Medical Standards
All medical services provided by Aeromed Prime Consultancy are delivered by qualified medical professionals licensed to practice in Botswana. Our services comply with the Medical and Dental Council of Botswana regulations and international aviation medicine standards.
B. Medical Records and Confidentiality
Your medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable medical confidentiality laws. We maintain strict confidentiality of all patient records and medical information.
C. Informed Consent
By receiving medical services from us, you consent to examination, testing, and treatment as deemed medically necessary by our healthcare professionals. You have the right to:
- Receive information about your diagnosis and treatment options
- Ask questions and receive explanations about procedures
- Refuse treatment (where legally permissible)
- Request your medical records in accordance with applicable laws
D. No Emergency Services
Aeromed Prime Consultancy does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number (997 in Botswana) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Course Enrollment and Cancellation
A. Enrollment Process
Enrollment in our training courses is subject to availability and meeting prerequisite requirements. To enroll, you must:
- Complete the registration process with accurate information
- Meet all stated prerequisites for the course
- Submit required documentation (certificates, licenses, etc.)
- Pay the applicable course fees
B. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel your enrollment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

C. Course Modifications
We reserve the right to modify course content, instructors, schedules, or venues when necessary. In the event of course cancellation by Aeromed Prime Consultancy, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
D. Certification
Course completion certificates are awarded only to participants who:
- Attend all required sessions (minimum 80% attendance)
- Complete all assignments and assessments
- Pass the final examination with the required score
- Pay all applicable fees in full
Payment Terms
A. Fees and Pricing
All fees for our services are quoted in Botswana Pula (BWP) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
B. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Corporate accounts (subject to credit approval)
- Cash payments at our facility
C. Payment Schedule
For courses: Full payment is required at least 7 days before the course start date unless prior arrangements have been made.
For medical services: Payment is due at the time of service unless you have an approved corporate or insurance arrangement.
D. Late Payments
Failure to make timely payment may result in:
- Cancellation of course enrollment or medical appointment
- Suspension of account access
- Application of late payment fees (where applicable)
- Referral to collections for outstanding amounts
E. Insurance and Third-Party Payments
Where services are covered by insurance or third-party payers, you remain responsible for any deductibles, co-payments, or amounts not covered by the insurer.
Intellectual Property
A. Our Content
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aeromed Prime Consultancy and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, and images
- Training materials, course content, and curricula
- Software, code, and technical infrastructure
- Trademarks, service marks, and trade names
The website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Botswana and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
B. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aeromed Prime Consultancy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

- Personal injury or property damage
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content

Limitation on Total Liability
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one thousand Botswana Pula (BWP 1,000), whichever is greater.

Our medical services are provided subject to professional medical standards and applicable law. While we strive to provide excellent care, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. By using our medical services, you acknowledge that:
- Medical diagnoses and recommendations are based on information available at the time of examination
- Individual responses to medical treatment may vary
- We are not liable for outcomes resulting from failure to follow medical advice
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aeromed Prime Consultancy and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to our services
- Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
- Your provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information
This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Botswana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved as follows:
- Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice.
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, the parties shall attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator.
- Arbitration/Litigation: If mediation fails, disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration in Gaborone, Botswana, or through the courts of Botswana.
Waiver of Class Actions
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.

Additional Provisions

Force Majeure
Aeromed Prime Consultancy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
Your Acceptance
